On January 14, 2025, State Power Investment Corporation Tibet Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "SPIC Tibet") and Tangshan Haitai Solar Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Haitai Solar") signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing. The partnership will focus on offshore wind power, smart grids, and green electricity, with plans to deepen collaboration in technology R&D and project development, jointly accelerating China’s energy transition toward greener alternatives.
At the signing ceremony, both parties emphasized leveraging Haitai Solar's technological expertise and SPIC Tibet’s extensive experience in large-scale project development. Through strategic synergy in the new energy market, they aim to jointly promote the advancement of clean energy.
Haitai Solar, in response to China’s national energy strategy, continues to enhance product performance and offer green energy solutions through technological innovation, actively contributing to the restructuring and upgrading of the energy sector. This collaboration with SPIC Tibet will combine both parties’ strengths in technology and resources to jointly expand the construction of new energy projects.
