Japan’s vast electricity market and steadily growing power demand provide a strong foundation for the development of the PV industry. In response to the needs of the Japanese market, Haitai Solar introduced customized integrated PV and storage solutions at the exhibition. In the PV segment, Haitai Solar showcased both module and mounting structure products. The company’s modules adopt 0BB technology, eliminating the main busbars on the cells to reduce shading area. This results in shorter current transmission paths and lower series resistance, thereby minimizing power loss. All Haitai Solar module series have been listed under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s standardized PV manufacturing enterprises and have received certifications for major global markets, including TÜV, CQC, UL, CSA, CEC, BIS, KS, INMETRO, SII, and MCS. Given Japan’s temperate maritime monsoon climate—characterized by year-round humidity—Haitai Solar’s Zn-Al-Mg (Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium) mounting systems offer outstanding corrosion resistance, ensuring long-term stability even in coastal regions with high humidity and salt mist exposure.

In the energy storage segment, Haitai Solar launched both containerized energy storage systems and C&I (commercial and industrial) storage systems to meet diverse application demands. The C&I storage solution adopts a modular design that is highly adaptable to various scenarios. It is equipped with integrated liquid-cooled battery packs, a high-precision BMS (Battery Management System), intelligent EMS (Energy Management System), PCS (Power Conversion System), and a robust fire protection system—ensuring efficient and safe operation. The containerized storage solution utilizes high-quality LFP (lithium iron phosphate) batteries with a cycle life exceeding 6,000 cycles. It also incorporates comprehensive, multi-layered battery protection strategies and fault isolation measures to safeguard system security and reliability.

Looking ahead, Haitai Solar will continue to deepen its presence in the Japanese market. By working closely with local partners, the company aims to co-develop customized renewable energy solutions and drive the broader application of PV and storage technologies. Haitai Solar remains committed to contributing “Chinese strength” to the global energy transition.
