For the local market, Haitai Solar exhibited N-type 0BB and SMBB double glass components this time. The 0BB component adopts a grid free wire design, which reduces the consumption of silver paste in the battery by about 20% -40%. At the same time, the double glass process performs better in mechanical strength, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, wind and sand resistance, salt spray resistance, and other aspects. The product is currently widely used in industrial and commercial distributed, household distributed, large-scale ground power stations and other scenarios. N-type TOPCon high-efficiency component products, with high power, high conversion rate, and excellent power generation performance, achieve lower electricity costs for users.
During the exhibition, Haitai Solar also showcased containerized energy storage systems, industrial and commercial energy storage systems, household energy storage systems, and inverter products. The containerized energy storage system has a large battery storage capacity, high system conversion efficiency, and a comprehensive efficiency of over 85%. The pre installed design can be quickly applied to various scenarios, reducing installation costs. The industrial and commercial energy storage system integrates liquid cooled battery PACK, high-precision BMS battery management system, intelligent EMS energy management system, PCS, and fire prevention system, etc., to help industrial and commercial owners reduce electricity costs, improve green electricity consumption, and maintain the safe and stable operation of the system. The household energy storage system has two types of modular batteries, 2.56kWh and 5.12kWh, which can be easily customized with simple installation steps and different power inverters to fully meet the diverse electricity needs of users.
