Recently, Haitai Solar’s modules successfully passed TÜV Rheinland’s “Desert Module” certification, making the company one of the first enterprises to receive this recognition. The certification once again validates the reliability of Haitai Solar’s products in complex application scenarios.

The certification consists of seven rigorous test sequences, specifically designed to assess performance under desert and hot-dry environmental conditions. Key tests include high-intensity ultraviolet irradiation and 400 thermal cycles, verifying module stability in extreme temperature variations and resilience against large day-night temperature differences. A 10,000-cycle dynamic mechanical load test simulated long-term wind pressure and mechanical stress, while sand abrasion testing recreated prolonged friction through 10,000 cycles, with modules still maintaining excellent wear resistance. In simulated sandstorm challenges, the modules retained both optical performance and electrical safety. Additional hot-spot endurance and dry heat tests further confirmed product reliability under extreme high-temperature conditions. Across all evaluations, Haitai Solar’s modules passed without excessive degradation, hidden cracks, or discoloration.

Looking ahead, Haitai Solar will continue to advance product research and manufacturing to the highest standards, delivering high-efficiency and durable photovoltaic solutions. These modules ensure safe, stable, and efficient power generation in desert and other challenging environments, contributing to the global adoption of clean energy across diverse application scenarios.
