From September 17–19, World Smart Energy Week Japan was held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba. Haitai Solar presented its latest photovoltaic solutions at booth E17-5.

Japan’s vast electricity market and continuously growing power demand have laid a solid foundation for the development of the PV industry. In response to the Japanese market’s evolving product requirements, Haitai Solar has launched its TOPCon three-cut cell modules. Featuring N-type cells, the modules offer longer minority carrier lifetime, higher efficiency, lower operating temperature, and reduced thermal losses, delivering approximately 0.6% additional power generation. Given Japan’s temperate maritime climate with mild and humid conditions throughout the year, the dual-glass encapsulation process effectively prevents moisture ingress, ensuring long-term system stability. The use of tempered glass instead of composite backsheet significantly enhances mechanical properties such as wind and snow load resistance. These features make the products well-suited for diverse local applications, providing Japanese customers with reliable and stable PV solutions.

Amid the continuously evolving market landscape, Haitai Solar leverages the group’s agile management strengths to deliver upgraded and comprehensive solutions with efficiency and flexibility. Looking ahead, Haitai Solar will continue to drive innovation, deepen its PV-plus-storage integration, and empower global customers to harness green energy more effectively, contributing to a sustainable future for all.
