Exhibition Highlights | Haitai solar Shines at Japan PV Expo

PV EXPO 2023, the largest and most influential solar photovoltaic exhibition in Japan, took place from March 15th to 17th at Tokyo Big Sight Exhibition Center. It has become a prominent platform for showcasing solar energy products and exploring the Japanese and Asian solar energy markets.

Haitai solar made an appearance at the exhibition with its Taiji single-sided series and Taihe bifacial series modules, garnering great interest from Japanese customers. With features such as high power output, high conversion efficiency, low levelized cost of electricity, and backside high-gain capability, Haitai solar modules attracted numerous visitors, sparking discussions and potential collaborations.

Among the showcased products was the Taihe series, which includes modules produced using 210 large-sized solar cells, offering a power output of up to 660W and being an optimal choice for large-scale ground-mounted power plants. Additionally, modules utilizing N-type 182 large-sized solar cells achieved a power output of up to 580W, with an efficiency of 22.5% and a bifaciality of up to 85%, resulting in lower electricity costs and increased energy generation for customers. The exhibition also featured the distributed small-format all-black module (430W), known for its higher efficiency, aesthetic appeal, and high reliability, providing superior and efficient solutions for distributed projects.

Photovoltaic Mounting Systems

Haitai solar mounting systems division, in collaboration with the module division, focuses on the research, development, manufacturing, and installation of photovoltaic mounting systems, supporting the installation and operation of solar power plants. During the exhibition, targeted displays included the balcony hook system and the photovoltaic carport mounting system. The balcony hook system, made of aluminum alloy, offers excellent corrosion resistance, low material density, lightweight, easy installation, and an appealing appearance, along with recyclability. Haitai solar responds to the trend of green energy and takes resource conservation as its responsibility, contributing to long-term goals of carbon neutrality.

For many years, Haitai solar has placed high importance on the Japanese photovoltaic market. Its Japanese subsidiary, leveraging Haitai solar expertise in high-efficiency photovoltaic module development, stands at the forefront of the Japanese market, deeply understanding market demands and providing tailored product solutions for different project applications. Haitai solar has successfully deployed numerous large-scale ground-mounted power plants in Kyoto, Chiba Prefecture, Oita Prefecture, and other regions in Japan. Its photovoltaic modules have proven their quality through the rigorous Japanese market and have gained unanimous recognition from users.
