On October 15, 2025, the Global Green Energy RWA Alliance (Green Energy RWA Alliance), initiated by Haitai Solar, was officially established. The nine founding members include Haitai Solar, Guangdong Huichuang (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ganfeng Lithium), BTCM, KardOne, Metopia, EnrgiX, AntLab, Chainless, and All InX. The members come from multiple countries and regions, representing leading enterprises in the green energy sector and core players across the RWA (Real World Assets) value chain. As an international collaboration platform, the Alliance aims to drive innovation and industrialization of RWA applications in the green energy sector through open and cooperative approaches.

As the world’s first industry consortium dedicated to integrating green energy and real-world assets, the Alliance focuses on fostering innovation across the green energy industry. It seeks to explore end-to-end innovation pathways—from academic research and product development to the issuance and operation of digital energy assets. During the founding conference, the Alliance established its governance framework, development vision, and mid-to-short-term objectives, while introducing four key concepts: “Alliance-based RWA Model,” “Green Energy Proof of Value,” “Mobile Microgrid,” and “Distributed Ledger Based on Mobile Microgrids.”

As the initiator of the Green Energy RWA Alliance, Haitai Solar is taking a pioneering role in exploring RWA application models within the energy industry. Zheng Fangyuan, Vice President of Haitai Solar, stated: “The characteristics of RWA—asset fractionalization and tokenization—offer a promising pathway to break down the barriers in traditional energy asset circulation. However, the industry still faces challenges such as a lack of mature, scalable projects and long, costly financing chains. Haitai Solar proposes an alliance-based RWA operational model that brings together key participants across vertical sectors. By establishing shared consensus, value-driven smart contracts, and DAO governance mechanisms, we aim to enable rapid resource integration and build an end-to-end, trusted ecosystem for Green Energy RWA.”
In December 2025, the Green Energy RWA Alliance will hold its annual conference in Indonesia, further advancing financing, resource integration, and industrial cooperation within the energy sector, and accelerating the practical implementation of RWA applications. Moving forward, Haitai Solar will continue to play a leading role as the initiator of the Alliance, deepen international cooperation, and explore new pathways for the integration of digitalization and the energy industry—working hand in hand with partners to build an open, collaborative, and win-win digital ecosystem.
