Recently, Haitai Solar’s 182, 210R, and 210 N-type TOPCon dual-glass modules successfully passed TÜV Rheinland’s enhanced hail impact test and obtained certification, further proving the products’ reliability under extreme climate conditions.

As global climate change intensifies and extreme weather events become more frequent, photovoltaic modules are facing higher demands for mechanical strength against strong winds, heavy snow, and hail. Haitai Solar’s modules demonstrated outstanding impact resistance, thanks to their optimized structural design and precise manufacturing process. During the test, 35 mm ice balls were continuously launched at high speed toward the module surface. The results showed that the modules remained intact, with no microcracks detected under EL inspection. Their performance remained stable, and both insulation and wet leakage tests were fully compliant with standards.
This certification highlights the excellence of Haitai Solar’s product design and manufacturing quality. Looking ahead, Haitai Solar will continue to uphold high standards to ensure the safety and efficiency of global solar projects — forging value through quality and building brand strength through reliability.
