From March 25 to 27, the Solar & Storage Live Africa 2025 exhibition was successfully held at the Gallagher Convention Centre in Johannesburg. Haitai Solar showcased a range of high-efficiency modules at booth A88.

Located at the southernmost tip of the African continent, most regions of South Africa enjoy over 2,500 hours of annual sunshine. Catering to local market demand, Haitai Solar presented its 560W single-glass module, 595W dual-glass N-type module, 720W dual-glass 0BB module, and 640W dual-glass 0BB module. Compared with conventional modules, Haitai Solar’s N-type modules feature a longer minority carrier lifetime, higher efficiency, and lower operating temperature, which effectively reduce thermal losses under the same conditions. Additionally, the high bifaciality of the N-type modules significantly enhances power generation performance.

The 0BB technology eliminates busbars on the cells, reducing silver paste consumption by approximately 20–40%. For the same cell type, modules using 0BB technology achieve around 0.7–1% higher power output. Meanwhile, the dual-glass modules adopt a special encapsulation process with low water permeability, effectively preventing moisture ingress, slowing material aging, and reducing PID effects. Haitai Solar’s modules have obtained certifications from TUV, CQC, UL, CSA, CEC, BIS, KS, INMETRO, SI1, and MCS, proving their reliability and trusted quality in major global markets.
Moving forward, Haitai Solar will continue to leverage its strengths in renewable energy, enhancing quality and efficiency through the integrated development of wind, solar, hydrogen, and storage solutions. Together with global partners, the company is committed to driving energy transformation and building a green and sustainable future.
